1. Description of Service

2Cam is a dual-camera recording application for iOS that allows users to simultaneously record video using multiple camera angles. The App offers both free and premium features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Account

The App does not require account creation. Your purchase and subscription information is managed through your Apple ID and the App Store.

4. Free and Premium Features

4.1 Free Version

The free version of the App includes the following limitations:

• Maximum recording duration of 2 minutes per session
• Watermark on recorded videos and photos
• Limited access to recording modes
• Resolution limited to non-4K options

4.2 Premium Subscription

The premium subscription removes all free-tier limitations, including:

• Unlimited recording duration
• No watermark
• Access to all recording modes (including Overlay mode)
• 4K resolution support

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Billing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App to record or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any premium feature restrictions
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

7. Content and Privacy

7.1 User Content

All videos and photos captured using the App are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your media content on any server.

7.2 Camera and Microphone Access

The App requires access to your device's cameras and microphone to function. You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 2Cam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 2Cam name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 2Cam.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 2Cam, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of recorded content, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
